Job Summary:
Our client, a well-established organization in the education sector, is seeking a Membership Coordinator to manage membership activities, foster member engagement, and support the growth of the association. This role involves administrative tasks, communication with members, and implementation of membership programs.
Main Responsibilities:
Membership Management:
- Oversee the processing of registering new memberships and renewals
- Maintain accurate membership records and databases
- Develop and implement membership recruitment and retention strategies
Member Engagement:
- Communicate regularly with members through Telegram and social media
- Organize events, workshops, and meetings to engage members
- Address member inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on membership statistics and trends

Analyze feedback to improve membership services and programs
- Work with other departments to ensure alignment on membership initiatives
- Collaborate with external partners to enhance membership offerings
- Other tasks assigned by the President and Secretary General
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Previous experience in membership coordination or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and membership database software
Good level of English proficiency
