Job responsibilities: 

  • Manage medium to large scale projects across the KH CG, HEC,
    PM and TEC Supply Chains
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, customers & clients on
    process improvement and best practices, to develop, monitor
    and implement plans for delivery projects, within budget and in
    line with expectations.
  • Liaise with project stakeholder to identify and define project
    requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Monitor and track project's progress and handle any issues that
    arise.
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project
    outputs.
  • Management and negotiation of retailer Distribution Centre
    fees.
  • Establish, manage and maintain relationship with the
    stakeholders, business partners and third parties/vendors.
  • Be able to make effective use of data and use data analytical
    tools to determine effective solutions for cost saving
    opportunities
  • Use CI skills to continually improve existing processes &
    determine new and better ways of working
  • Assist in the development, standardization and implementation
    of documentation including process flows, standard operating
    procedures and business templates
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Possess the ability to lead small teams through the project planning & project execution phases
  • Influential team leader
  • Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Supply Chain Management and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning


Job requirements

  • Good negotiating skills and strong business acumen
  • Advanced abilities in Microsoft Office including Project, Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint
  • CI experience (Green / Black Belt certified) and data analytical
    background or experience would be of significant advantage
  • Knowledge on warehouse operations would be of advantage
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, preferably with experience across multiple supply chain areas (i.e. warehousing, logistics, sourcing/procurement, etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or in a
    similar role
