About the job Head of Sales
Responsibilities:
The Head of Sales has the key responsibility of the areas below:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new clients, building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing concerns and needs.
- Oversee sales proposals, tenders, and bid submissions, ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Manage sales budget, analyze financial performance, and optimize cost efficiency.
- Train and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Review sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Provide regular reports for the top management on sales and market developments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated business operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Qualification, Skills and Requirement
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Up to 5 years of experience in a senior sales role with proven success in managing and growing sales teams.
- Experience on handling second-hand car business.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- Deep knowledge of sales strategies, market dynamics, and processes.
- Proficient in sales planning, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- High degree of self-motivation and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent in English both speaking and writing
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, and Email
