Responsibilities:

The Head of Sales has the key responsibility of the areas below:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new clients, building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing concerns and needs.
  • Oversee sales proposals, tenders, and bid submissions, ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Manage sales budget, analyze financial performance, and optimize cost efficiency.
  • Train and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Review sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Provide regular reports for the top management on sales and market developments
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Qualification, Skills and Requirement

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in a senior sales role with proven success in managing and growing sales teams.
  • Experience on handling second-hand car business.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills
  • Deep knowledge of sales strategies, market dynamics, and processes.
  • Proficient in sales planning, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
  • High degree of self-motivation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent in English both speaking and writing
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, and Email
