Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the painting team, including project managers, painters, and administrative staff.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all painting projects meet company standards for quality and safety.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and work on expanding the companys client base.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on operational performance, financial status, and project progress to the senior management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role, preferably in the painting or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and business initiatives.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
