About the job General Manager's Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and coordinate office administrative activities, planning, integration and communication of administrative processes.
  • Arrange supervisors' meetings, and making meeting minutes and tracking processing.
  • Arrange for guest reception and other matters.
  • Assist in daily schedule planning and complete tasks assigned by supervisor.
  • Supervisor trip planning, air tickets, hotels, and other related arrangements.
  • Ability to adapt and cooperate with short-term or international travel arrangements as requested by supervisor.

Requirement:

  • Possess strong communication and coordination skills, logical thinking and analytical skills, be proactive and teamwork-oritend, responsible, meticulous and prudent, with a high degree of self-management, strong psychological tolerance and awareness of confidentiality.
  • Respond appropriately to advance and retreat, know how to observe the atmosphere, and be self-disciplined..
  • Ability to quickly master various knowledge related to company business.
  • Proficient in various office Auto-equipment and document software Word, Excel.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, able to communicate with foreign countries via email or phone in both Chinese and English.
  • Have at least 2 years of secretarial work experience, must provide image photos.
