Graphic Designer & Media Specialist

Position Summary:

Graphic Designer & Media Specialist based in Phnom Penh to support its growing real estate and lifestyle projects. The role balances graphic design (60%) and media production (40%), supporting senior art directors and the social media team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create print and digital graphics following brand guidelines.
• Develop layouts, technical/conceptual drawings, and edited photos.
• Design social media templates and campaigns.
• Shoot and edit event photos and short videos for social media (especially Facebook & IG).
• Collaborate with the Art Director, Brand Strategist, and copywriter.
• Assist in creative brainstorming and team operations.
• Organize digital assets and maintain clean design files.

Requirements

• 4+ years of graphic design experience.
• Degree in media, communications, or design.
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and some video editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, etc.).
• Fluent in Khmer with high proficiency in English.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.

Other Details

• Work hours: 40 - 44 hours/week (Mon - Fri), with occasional off-hour work for events.
• Reports to: Art Director.
• Location: Phnom Penh.
