Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in the optical and eye care segment. The candidate will be responsible for meeting individual and team sales targets, launching new projects, and driving business expansion across retail and channel partners. This role requires strong field sales experience, strategic planning abilities, and team leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Set, track, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (individual and team).

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for new and existing eye care products (Frames, eyeswear & Sunglass).

  • Drive new market penetration and manage key account relationships.

  • Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns across regions.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies proactively.

  • Provide regular training, performance feedback, and motivation to the sales team.

  • Work closely with marketing, retail, and product teams to align sales efforts with brand goals.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG, pharma, or healthcare product sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in launching new products and managing field sales teams.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Willingness to travel for market visits and partner engagement.

  • Experience in optical or eye care segment is highly preferred.
