董事長助理/秘書

崗位職責:

  • 協助董事長行程規劃、日程提醒與控管時程。
  • 會議安排聯繫,參與會議、追蹤監督及彙整各部門的工作進度與呈報。
  • 負責行政事務流程之溝通、跨部門溝通等。
  • 負責對外公共關係的協調,協助處理相關的商務行程安排和接待工作。
  • 協助董事長進行追蹤董事長所交代事項。

任職要求:

  • 大專以上學歷,有相關助理工作經驗
  • 女生優先考慮,年齡30以下
  • 良好人際溝通協調力,柬籍會中文優先考慮
  • 熟悉使用各類辦公軟件操作系統
  • 誠信敬業,積極樂觀

Chairman Assistant/ Secretary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist chairman with schedule arrangement, schedule reminders and schedule control.
  • Arrange meetings, participate in meetings, track and follow up work progress from all departments.
  • Responsible for communication on administrative processes, cross-department communication, etc.
  • Responsible for Business Visit schedule arrangement
  • Assist Chairman to follow up on matters assigned by Chairman.

Job Requirements:

  • Must Possess a Bachelor's Degree and relevant work experience
  • Priority given to female, age under 30 years old
  • Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, with priority given to Cambodian applicants who are proficient in Chinese
  • Proficient in office software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
