董事長助理/秘書
崗位職責:
- 協助董事長行程規劃、日程提醒與控管時程。
 - 會議安排聯繫,參與會議、追蹤監督及彙整各部門的工作進度與呈報。
 - 負責行政事務流程之溝通、跨部門溝通等。
 - 負責對外公共關係的協調,協助處理相關的商務行程安排和接待工作。
 - 協助董事長進行追蹤董事長所交代事項。
 
任職要求:
- 大專以上學歷,有相關助理工作經驗
 - 女生優先考慮,年齡30以下
 - 良好人際溝通協調力,柬籍會中文優先考慮
 - 熟悉使用各類辦公軟件操作系統
 - 誠信敬業,積極樂觀
 
Chairman Assistant/ Secretary
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist chairman with schedule arrangement, schedule reminders and schedule control.
 - Arrange meetings, participate in meetings, track and follow up work progress from all departments.
 - Responsible for communication on administrative processes, cross-department communication, etc.
 - Responsible for Business Visit schedule arrangement
 - Assist Chairman to follow up on matters assigned by Chairman.
 
Job Requirements:
- Must Possess a Bachelor's Degree and relevant work experience
 - Priority given to female, age under 30 years old
 - Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, with priority given to Cambodian applicants who are proficient in Chinese
 - Proficient in office software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
