Head of Digital Product Management
To lead our digital product strategy and drive innovation in the bank. The Head of Digital Product Management will oversee the entire lifecycle of digital products, from ideation to execution, to ensure that our offerings meet the evolving needs of our customers and align with the Banks strategic objective. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of digital banking technologies, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the digital product strategy, ensuring alignment with the bank's business goals and objectives.
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize product/feature development based on customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Lead and manage the digital product management team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, eChannel, Card, and customer service teams, to deliver seamless, high-quality digital products on time and within budget.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch evaluation.
- Ensure products are up to date with the industry trends and emerging technologies and comply with regulatory requirements in the digital banking space to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Monitor key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to improve product performance and inform future decisions.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure our digital product offerings solve their problem and business problems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital product management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of digital technologies and trends, user experience design, and agile product development methodologies.
- Attend to detail with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting digital products and services.
