About the job Sales Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Set monthly/quarterly sales targets for each product and distribution channel. Develop marketing and promotion plans with the team to increase sales and market share in the Modern Trade and Traditional Trade groups.
- Create and develop a sales team with a deep understanding of the product and target market. Set individual sales targets and closely monitor performance.
- Build good relationships with major customers, develop new customer bases, and consistently take care of current customers to increase brand loyalty.
- Negotiate sales terms, such as prices, discounts, and payment terms, to maximize the company's benefits.
- Analyze market and competitor data to improve sales strategies in line with the current situation.
- Regularly report sales performance to management and propose improvements to increase deficiency.
- Coordinate with manufacturers to receive information on new products, promotions, and policies, including negotiating product purchase terms.
- Plan sales to ensure that products are distributed sufficiently to meet customer demand so as not to lose sales opportunities and prevent problems with excessive products leading to dead stock or slow-moving products, resulting in products that are not ready for sale.
Main Requirements:
- At least 4-5 years of working experience.
- Can speak English Fluently and if can speak Thai is advantage.
- Can drive Car and can travel.
- Have experience in consumer products.
