Job Summary:
To hire an experienced marketing professional to lead the development of a profitable and cohesive marketing strategy, aiming to increase market share and maintain brand consistency.
Main Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns and conduct market research.

Oversee creative development of promotional materials, website content, and advertisements.

Work with FSGM to analyze ROI and plan monthly marketing efforts.

Ensure integration of marketing initiatives to reach common goals with dealers and external agencies.

Provide performance-based reporting and ROI analysis.

Act as primary contact for dealer managers and external vendor contacts.

Design and execute digital campaigns to increase web traffic and lead generation.

Manage social media presence and build online engagement.

Track sales and marketing metrics to measure performance and identify new opportunities.

Communicate with media buyers, agencies, and vendors to bring marketing projects to life.

Hire, train, and support marketing staff.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Establish and monitor KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
Main requirements:

3+ years of experience in high-tech or automotive marketing.

Proficiency with marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and analytics.

Fluency in English; Chinese is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
