Job Summary:

A Secretary to the CEO provides critical administrative and operational support, ensuring efficiency in the CEOs day-to-day activities. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating communications, preparing reports, organizing travel, handling sensitive information, and supporting strategic initiatives. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and technical skills are essential, along with discretion and a proactive attitude to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Chinese Help Desk for the CEO and Sales Team.
  • Assist the CEO in managing Chinese-related business activities and communication.
  • Plan, propose, and coordinate Chinese business events and engagements.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in facilitating sales and event coordination with Chinese people in Cambodia.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in Mandarin and English (Khmer is a plus).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
