Job Summary:
The role involves overseeing sales in cosmetic retail outlets, managing product placement, and training sales staff. Responsibilities include executing promotional campaigns, handling corporate sales partnerships, supporting brand presence at events and trade fairs, and assisting in stock control.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales Execution & Retail Management
- Oversee sales in cosmetic retail outlets, department stores, and pharmacies.
- Ensure a strong retail presence through product placement and promotional displays.
- Train and supervise beauty consultants and sales staff to improve customer engagement.
2. Promotional Campaigns & Customer Engagement
- Implement in-store promotions, including free testers, gifts, and loyalty programs.
- Distribute print advertising materials (flyers, brochures, posters).
- Run contests and giveaways to boost customer interest and sales.
3. Corporate Sales & Partnerships
- Assist in handling corporate bulk purchase deals (e.g., ABA Bank staff gifts).
- Support product placements in beauty salons, spas, skincare clinics, and fitness centers.
- Collaborate with business partners to drive brand visibility and sales growth.
4. Event & Trade Fair Support
- Support brand presence at trade shows, beauty expos, business expos, and pop-up stores.
- Assist in event coordination for product showcases and demonstrations.
5. Stock support
- Assist in stock controlling
MAIN REQUIRMENT:
- Diploma or bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or retail.
- Strong customer service and sales execution skills.
- Ability to train and supervise sales staff effectively.
- Proficiency in Khmer and basic English.
