Job Responsibility:

1. Garment analysing operation breakdown preparation.

2. Machine layout preparation.

3. SMV Calculation & correcting the existing SMV according to the most effective method.

4. Machine requirement preparation according plan weekly monthly.

5. Preparation Machine Pre setup Planes

6. Daily operator capacity analysis to optimized the production

7. Identification bottle neck & improves the bottle neck.

8. Method study & most effective work place arrangement according to the requirement.

9. Work Place arrangement

10. Style Launch Planning & Follow up

11. Over time requirement preparation.

12. Maintain skill Matrix

13. Operator evaluation in hiring process.

14. Operator evaluation annual evaluation process.

15. Efficiency calculation

16. Incentive calculation

17. Style rout Preparation.

18. Maintain the SOP established in relevant department in order to improve the productivity.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree
• At least 3 year of experience in IE
• Knowledge with garment industry
• Good command of spoken and written English & Khmer
• Honest, self-motivated and hardworking
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Computer literate
