Purpose Statement: 

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and completion of projects within the Special Economic Zone (SEZ).
This role is critical in ensuring that all projects align with the strategic
objectives of the SEZ and are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Project Planning & Design
Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives within the SEZ.
Develop full-scale project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Project Execution & Management
Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project activities.
Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Manage the budget and ensure financial accountability.
Compliance & Quality Control

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.
Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
Oversee the preparation and submission of project documentation and reports.
Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for all project
related communications.
Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and provide updates to the general manager.
Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to obtain the best terms and prices.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and motivate project teams; manage subcontractors and consultants.
Provide direction and support to the project team members.
Foster a collaborative work environment within the team

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Experiences: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Engineering, or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project
management, preferably in economic zones, real
estate development, or related sectors.
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects
from conception to completion.
Familiarity with SEZ regulations and economic
development strategies

Technical Skill

Strong project management skills, including knowledge of project management tools and software.
Financial acumen to manage budgets and conduct financial analysis.
Understanding of procurement, contracts, and compliance requirements.
