Summery

Project Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team within the construction and electronics sectors. This role involves designing effective sales strategies, managing project sales pipelines, and cultivating strong relationships with key industry stakeholders including developers, engineers, and architects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction or electronic sales, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in both English and Chinese. Proficiency in reporting tools such as PowerPoint and Excel, along with a results-driven mindset and high professionalism, are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibility

• At least 1 year of management experience
• Proven experience in project sales, preferably in one or more of the following areas:

- MEP projects (air conditioning, elevators, chillers, etc.)
- Construction projects (main contractor or subcontractor)
- Construction materials (steel, pipes, decoration materials, etc.)
