Job Summary:
Our client is a prominent local investment company in Cambodias real estate market, offering a wide range of housing options to meet customer needs. With a focus on high living standards, luxury housing, and quality, they are currently developing multiple projects, including Link Houses, Twin Houses, Queen Villas, and King Villas.

Scope of Work:
The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for producing analytical business reports, providing actionable insights, and proposing strategies to drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop data models for business reports to monitor progress.
• Gather relevant data to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze business data, generate reports, and create visualizations using tools like PQ, BI, SQL, and VBA.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business strategies.
• Translate data insights into actionable steps to improve performance.
• Identify opportunities for marketing initiatives.
• Present findings to management and leadership.
• Measure business success or ROI based on analytics.
• Propose improvements to business processes.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration, computer programming, or data science.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in research and data analysis.
• Proficient in VBA, PQ, BI, SQL.
• Strong business and financial acumen preferred.
• Excellent management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
