Job Summary:

The Sales Admin/After-Sales role focuses on customer relations, sales support, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include handling sales contracts, follow-ups, reporting, and resolving customer issues. Requires a degree in Business/Sales, 1+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and sales systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build good relationship with the customers.
  • Follow up payment of the customer to comply with company policy.
  • Work closely with individual direct Sales Team to achieve monthly/yearly target assigned by manager.
  • Provide good quality products services customers through telecommunication.
  • Handle all sale contract, form, documents, to ensure that following the company terms.
  • Up to date sale/customer information in system and manual report required by hiring manager and Management.
  • Understand market trends by collecting market information suggestion improve sales.
  • Prepares reports to hiring manager/management.
  • Tele communication and selling company product or service to customers.
  • Follow up customer to be persuade to meet decision making.
  • Explain policy and promotion event to customers.
  • Solving customers compliance.

Main Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor Degree in the field Business Administration/Sales/Marketing or related field.
  • At least 1 year of Sales Admin/After Sales work experienced in Hospitality or Real Estate.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills.
  • Result driven with constant desire to earn high income.
  • Able to communicate technical issues and effective presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and flexible to work with minimum supervision.
  • Proficient English language for speaking and writing.
  • Be flexible, dynamic, industrial, courteous and trustworthy.
  • Official used MS. Office, Email, Social Network and Sale System.
  • Problem solving skill.
  • Reporting skill.
