Manager, Operation Finance

Design and lead World Pop Travel and Tour Group Co., Ltd. end-to-end execution of the following programs to ensure the organizations requirements and expectations are met:

• Operation finance management
  
• Revenue optimization, revenue assurance, and costs management
  
• Fiance analysis performance

JOB SCOPE:

Within World Pop Travel & Tour Group Co., Ltd.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Raise awareness and ensure department compliance with company policies, guidelines; standard financial operating procedures, and tax requirements
  
• Work closely with sales and operation teams in the management of pricing, discounts, and collection
  
• Facilitate, review, design, and implement effective business processes for revenue optimization, revenue assurance, and costs management
  
• Prepare regular sales and costs performance reports for management and finance teams.
  
• Provide business and financial analysis on the performances of all projects, recommend new initiatives, propose cost optimization opportunities, and investigate the variances.
  
• Assist in department planning and budgeting.
  

To perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences.)

• BBA in management (human resources management is a plus),
  
• At least 5 years of experiences working with the related areas,
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  
• Professional qualifications in management, and leadership,
  
• Good command of English, both writing and speaking
  
• Proven ability to demonstrate the urgency and customer-focus oriented attitude,
  
• Proven ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously,
  
• Proven evidence to move fast, be patient, and result driven,
  
• Demonstration of high level of integrity and professionalism,
