Design and lead World Pop Travel and Tour Group Co., Ltd. end-to-end execution of the following programs to ensure the organization requirements and expectations are met: 

  • Oversees all audit and internal control operations

JOB SCOPE:

Within World Pop Travel & Tour Group Co., Ltd.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Oversees and ensures the timely and effective completion of the budget development process
  • Drives the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks
  • Retains constant awareness of the company's financial position and acts to prevent problems
  • Facilitates the process of reviewing and developing SFOP, coordinates systems and procedures to ensure efficient finance functions operation
  • Sets targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants, internal auditors, etc.)
  • Oversees all audit and internal control operations
  • Supervises a team of accountants
  • Prepares timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Conducts analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives
  • Ensures all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
  • Develops secure procedures to maintain confidential information

Prepares company payroll

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences.)

  • BBA in management (accounting and finance)
  • Essential 5 years previous experience in similar relevant position jobs
  • Experience with budgets and forecasting
  • Very good understanding and command of written and spoken English and Khmer
  • Accounting system, Excel, Word, Internet, Email, any applicable system
  • Proactive, challenging, and creative ideas to resolve the problem
  • Leadership, planning, training skills, and motivation of team members
  • Professional qualifications in management, and leadership,
  •  Proven ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously,
  • Demonstration of a high level of integrity and professionalism,
