Job Description Summary:

Jotun Cambodia Ltd is part of Jotun AS, one of worlds leading paints and coatings manufactures headquartered in Sandefjord, Norway. In Cambodia, we are a market leader in Decorative Paints with innovative and high-quality products and a leader in the Protective Coatings. Your role as to support sales team to increase market share, identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services to make sure Jotun is acting in a proactive, consistent and comprehensive manner to be competitive. This position is based in Phnom Penh and reporting directly to General Sales Manager-Decorative. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

  • Identify sales growth opportunities and produce a business plan to increase sales in all core concepts.
  • Drive active promotion through joint visits, presentations, and coordination of sales activity toward target customers and projects.
  • Gain an understanding of customers requirements in order to specify the best paint systems commensurate with customers functional needs, budgets, and our chasing policies.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in tracking the sales performance against budgeted turnover, and manageable cost targets and take corrective action as required to ensure that targets are met or exceeded.
  • Administer customers complaints by managing correspondences, communicating with customers, and coordinating with affiliated functions to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Administer data pertaining to sales and products by extracting and consolidating data from company system, preparing regular reports, and managing customer and product information in order to follow up on the sales KPIs.

Support marketing events to ensure Jotun is represented in a professional way and within Jotun Corporate Identity Guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree preferably in Business or related majors.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in business development for sales retail.
  • Good with Ms. Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Must be good in verbal and written English.
