Job Summary:

Supports business performance analysis, strategic planning, and new business development. Responsibilities include financial modeling, market research, and stakeholder communication. Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills are essential.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Business Support and Analysis:

  • Gather, review, monitor and analyze the company's performance and collecting industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools to spot patterns, trends, and insights that can guide business choices and workflow enhancements.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support existing business lines.
  • Report on the business performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Assist in preparing detailed business plans and presentations on market findings and strategic insights.
  • Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.

2. Identification and Evaluation of New Business Pipeline/Synergies:

  • Conduct extensive study on business opportunities, its industry, market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to develop, execute new business pipeline.
  • Work closely with Business Development Manager to create thorough models of business processes of new projects to meet business needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the viability of new projects.

3. Strategic Planning and Recommendations:

  • Work closely with senior management to develop long-term investment strategies.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments.
    Support the development of new business initiatives, including new product lines or market expansion.

4. Stakeholder Management:

  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
  • Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates on business performance.
  • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Fresh graduates or 1 to 2 years of experiences in business analysis, financial modelling or others.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand financial report and market trends.
  • Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in English and Khmer
  • High commitment, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time well on deadlines
  • Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
