We are seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new sales opportunities, supervising sales representatives, and developing strategic marketing plans. You will work closely with various departments to promote company products, manage social media accounts, and ensure revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new sales opportunities and supervise the sales team.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive revenue in coordination with hotel supervisor.
• Set and exceed revenue targets through effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Promote company products and manage social media platforms.
• Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and coordinate lead generation.
• Manage rental and property management contracts with tenants.
• Additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media management.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional demeanor.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
