Job Summary:
Our client is a leading local investment company in Cambodia's real estate market, offering a wide range of housing solutions, including Link Houses, Twin Houses, Queen Villas, and King Villas, with a focus on high living standards and luxury homes.

Scope of Work:
The Marketing Director leads and directs marketing, sales, and business development strategies to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead integrated marketing and leasing strategies to drive business growth.
• Oversee retail leasing operations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels.
• Direct the development of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing and leasing team.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial or retail leasing, business development, event marketing, and both online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Good understanding of CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both English and Khmer.
