About the job Marketing Director

Marketing Director: is responsible for leading and directing marketing, sales, business development.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develops marketing strategies to support overall strategies, objectives, and drives for business growth of Peng Huoth Group.

- Develops feasible operational marketing plans for across business units.

- Sets and monitors marketing goals, objectives or KPIs across business units.

- Works with sales, business development, and other concerned teams to ensure strategies and campaigns are well-executed.

- Designs and drives promotional campaigns, PR and other tactical marketing efforts across channels.

- Provides support in the design and production of visual marketing tools.

- Provides guidance on a unified approach to customer service, tenants requirements, etc. to meet market demands.

- Analyzes market intelligence and adjusts or improves strategies as needed.

- Builds a highly capable team of marketing professionals across business units.

- Creates a solid network of strategic partnerships, reviews and manages marketing contents.

- Manage marketing budget.

Qualification & Requirement:
- MA/BA in marketing, advertising, business management or a related field.
- Good knowledge of CRM and digital marketing
- Good knowledge of marketing intelligence analysis
- 8 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing management and business development.
- Possesses extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Possesses excellent project management abilities.
- Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Possesses excellent organizational skills and strategic planning abilities.
- Possesses strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Possesses excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Possesses strong leadership skills.
