UI/UX Designer

Summary:

Our client, an IT Services company, is looking for a UX/UI Designer to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Working with the UI/UX Lead, product managers, and analysts, the role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for user-centric design.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design user interfaces for a wide range of websites, applications, and platforms
• Work closely with the UI/UX Lead to align design direction and strategy
• Collaborate with product managers, product owners, and business analysts throughout the development cycle
• Support research efforts to track industry trends and explore new platforms/channels
• Participate in low-fidelity to high-fidelity design processes, from wireframes to final visual mockups
• Assist the design team with daily production tasks, internal tool maintenance, and design inspiration
• Deliver assets and specifications to development teams and support implementation

Main Requirements

• Bachelors degree in IT, Design, or a related field
• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience using wireframing tools such as Wireframe.cc or InVision
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across functions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting

Preferred (but not required):

• Familiarity with domains such as Retail Tech, FinTech, or Restaurant Tech
• Experience designing for POS systems, merchant platforms, or KDS interfaces
• Understanding of user behavior in transactional or operational environments
