Loan Sales Manager - Siem Reap

This role focuses on achieving loan sales targets, managing the Loan Sales Department, and generating new business leads. You'll ensure compliance with regulations, prepare sales reports, and contribute to growing the loan portfolio. Banking experience, particularly in loan sales, is key.

Main Responsibilities:

• Achieve loan sales targets and implement loan sales programs.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the Loan Sales Department.
• Generate leads and convert them into loan sales.
• Develop strategies to grow the banks loan portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, laws, and regulations.
• Prepare loan sales reports and market updates for senior management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Banking, or related field.
• 2-3 years of banking experience, especially in loan sales.
• Knowledge of finance and banking laws.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and solution-oriented.
