Job Summary:

The role involves managing and troubleshooting network and system issues, ensuring stable connectivity across branches and ATMs, and maintaining security systems like firewalls and antivirus solutions. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in enterprise network management (LANs, WANs, VPNs), strong knowledge of networking protocols.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot system, network problems, diagnose, and solve hardware/software faults.
  • Manage and track open cases at all relevant departments/branches.
  • Work and follow up with ISP to troubleshoot network connection issue for all branches and ATM offsite. Implement and configure network device for branches and ATM offsite.
  • Monitor network connection and bandwidth for all sites.
  • Conducts research and makes recommendations on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.
  • Coordinates with other departments and service providers on designing and implementing network connection, connectivity issues and cabling systems.
  • Manages and ensures effectiveness of security solutions including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Monitors utilization trends, manages network performance, and assures maximum uptime.
  • Ensure compliance to policies, best practices, standards and conventions in all activities related to application systems and network devices.

Main Requirements:

  • At least 1 years of experience managing and configuring enterprise-wide LANS, WANS, WLANS,VPNs, etc.
  • Experience designing and developing network in a complex operating environment.
  • Experience working with a distribute team.
  • Bachelors Degree in Information of Technology or equivalent in related field.
  • Good knowledge of current protocols and standards, including Active Directory, Group Policies, Core Switching/Routing, SSL/IPSec, Internet Firewall, Email Firewall, and WAF.
  • Qualified of CCNA certification is advantage.
  • Knowledge of network systems access and security guidelines and procedures.
  • Knowledge of network performance tuning techniques.
  • Knowledge of current trends and information sources for managing network systems.
  • Knowledge of system backup and recovery procedures and techniques.
  • Good written and spoken English.
