Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all labour compliance submissions to LACMS, FWCMS
  • Oversee Office Administration and ensure a conducive and enjoyable work environment
  • Manage flow of information throughout the company
  • Field employee questions and handle Time and Attendance
  • Support management in talent acquisition and performance management
  • Organise and manage recruitment drives and university outreach programs
  • Work with communications department to develop new hire guides
  • Handle new employee orientation and employee engagement activities
  • Assist in employee Training and Development, and fostering a dynamic company culture
  • Propose creative ideas for employee engagement and other HR events like company trips
  • Stay up to date with changes in employment law and industry best practices

Requirements

  • 0 to 3 years experience
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Has the drive to serve and be impactful
  • Labour Compliance experience in LACMS, FWCMS, NSSF
  • Independent, resourceful and pro-active with strong negotiating skills
  • Highly organized and confident in taking on multiple projects at the same time
  • Demonstrates good judgment and discretion
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Adept at employee engagement
