Responsibilities:
- Accountable for all labour compliance submissions to LACMS, FWCMS
- Oversee Office Administration and ensure a conducive and enjoyable work environment
- Manage flow of information throughout the company
- Field employee questions and handle Time and Attendance
- Support management in talent acquisition and performance management
- Organise and manage recruitment drives and university outreach programs
- Work with communications department to develop new hire guides
- Handle new employee orientation and employee engagement activities
- Assist in employee Training and Development, and fostering a dynamic company culture
- Propose creative ideas for employee engagement and other HR events like company trips
- Stay up to date with changes in employment law and industry best practices
Requirements
- 0 to 3 years experience
- Excellent English language skills
- Bachelors Degree
- Has the drive to serve and be impactful
- Labour Compliance experience in LACMS, FWCMS, NSSF
- Independent, resourceful and pro-active with strong negotiating skills
- Highly organized and confident in taking on multiple projects at the same time
- Demonstrates good judgment and discretion
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Adept at employee engagement
