Job Tittle: Sale and Commercial Manager (Cambodia)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute the strategic of the sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability. Identify market opportunities, analyze trends, and recommend adjustments to sales strategies and keep the good service after sales to make the client satisfaction.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a high-performing sales force to make sure the sale is match to the sales plans.
  3. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets or expand existing market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to make sure the market meets the management expectation.
  4. Sales Performance Management: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share.
  5. Commercial Negotiations: Lead commercial negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure profitable contracts and agreements. Ensure all commercial transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to support sales efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.
  7. Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare sales budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve financial targets.
  8. Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Use insights to refine sales strategies and offerings.
  9. Project Management: Deal with the client as B2B and advise to the client for the installation the system to make sure there are safe and secure.
  10. Shipping Knowledge: Know how to process the shipping such as import and export.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, or commercial roles, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Cambodian market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and business practices.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Khmer and English languages (spoken and written) is required.
