Job Summary
The Service Supervisor oversees service processes, acting as a liaison between customers and the service department. Responsibilities include greeting customers, addressing concerns, advising on repairs and maintenance, preparing service orders, and keeping customers informed on vehicle status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delegate and monitor service tasks, ensuring team goals and sales targets are met.
- Handle customer complaints professionally to maintain strong relationships.
- Assist with administrative tasks like invoicing, processing orders, and managing parts inventory.
- Maintain efficient working processes and evaluate department performance.
- Audit work and customer service to ensure high standards.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, tools, and innovations.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports to management and propose strategies to achieve targets.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
- Previous automotive service experience preferred.
- Strong industry knowledge and customer service skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in MS Office and other digital tools.
