  • Delegate and monitor service tasks, ensuring team goals and sales targets are met.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally to maintain strong relationships.
  • Assist with administrative tasks like invoicing, processing orders, and managing parts inventory.
  • Maintain efficient working processes and evaluate department performance.
  • Audit work and customer service to ensure high standards.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, tools, and innovations.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports to management and propose strategies to achieve targets.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous automotive service experience preferred.
  • Strong industry knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office and other digital tools.
