Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (advanced degrees or certifications a plus).
  • Up to 5 years in a senior sales role, with proven success in managing and growing sales teams.
  • Experience in the second-hand car business.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, market dynamics, and processes.
  • Skilled in sales planning, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
