Medical Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Ophthalmology (Eye Drops) and Parenteral Sales (Injection). You will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring consistent sales growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular visits and product presentations to clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitors' activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
• Participate in marketing events and province tours when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Prior experience or expertise in Ophthalmology (Eye Drops) and Parenteral Sales (Injection) is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Khmer with basic English proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive, and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
• Able to travel as needed.
