Job Summary:

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales agents to achieve outreach, client acquisition, and sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of sales agents in promoting loan products.
  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Train, coach, and motivate sales agents / staff to improve performance and client engagement.
  • Conduct market research and community outreach to identify new customer opportunities.
  • Review loan applications to ensure accuracy and compliance before submission.
  • Resolve client issues and assist field agents with challenging cases.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on client visits, performance, and productivity.
  • Work closely with branch and credit teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure all field activities are conducted with integrity and in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or community lending; 1+ year in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Good understanding of microfinance products and the local market.
  • High level of integrity, discipline, and commitment to social impact.
  • Able to travel frequently within assigned areas or communities.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry systems).
