Job Summary:
Our client, a reputable organization in the education sector, is seeking a Training and Partnership Coordinator to lead the development and coordination of impactful training programs and strategic partnerships. This role is key to strengthening capacity-building initiatives and expanding collaboration with educational institutions and sponsors.
Main Responsibilities:
Training:
- Design and develop training programs and workshops that align with FESCs goals and the needs of members
- Communicate with subject matter experts to create training materials, curricula, and resources
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring that logistics are managed effectively (venue, materials, equipment)
- Promote training workshops and partnership opportunities through various channels including social media and others
- Serve as the point of contact for inquiries related to training and partnership
- Seek feedback from participants and partners to continuously improve training effectiveness and partnership quality
- Prepare reports on training outcomes
Sponsor and Partnership:
- Identify and establish partnerships with organizations and educational institutions to create joint training, workshops, and initiatives
- Seek sponsorships to support FESC
- Recruit new school members
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Secretary General and President
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in program development and implementation is preferred
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel as needed for training sessions and partnerships
Good level of English proficiency
