Job Summary:

Our client, a reputable organization in the education sector, is seeking a Training and Partnership Coordinator to lead the development and coordination of impactful training programs and strategic partnerships. This role is key to strengthening capacity-building initiatives and expanding collaboration with educational institutions and sponsors.

Main Responsibilities:

Training:

  • Design and develop training programs and workshops that align with FESCs goals and the needs of members
  • Communicate with subject matter experts to create training materials, curricula, and resources
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring that logistics are managed effectively (venue, materials, equipment)
  • Promote training workshops and partnership opportunities through various channels including social media and others
  • Serve as the point of contact for inquiries related to training and partnership
  • Seek feedback from participants and partners to continuously improve training effectiveness and partnership quality
  • Prepare reports on training outcomes

Sponsor and Partnership:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with organizations and educational institutions to create joint training, workshops, and initiatives
  • Seek sponsorships to support FESC
  • Recruit new school members
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Secretary General and President

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in program development and implementation is preferred
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel as needed for training sessions and partnerships
  • Good level of English proficiency
