Senior Accounting Officer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
  
• Minimum 3 years experience as an Accountant
  
• Knowledge of accounting procedures
  
• Knowledge of Cambodian Tax Laws
  
• Experience in Monthly and Yearly tax e-filing and desktop uploads
  
• Fluency in Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  
• Strong command of English to communicate with international suppliers like Microsoft
  
• Attention to detail with a questioning mind
  
• Highly organized and motivated
  
• Adept at multi-tasking and prioritizing to get all work done
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  Proactive leader who is willing to share team members workload
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with other business units
  
• Ability to analyses practices, methods and procedures and recommend new procedures
  
• Experience in setting up chart of accounts and accounting system
  
• Possess drive to pursue an expansive finance career

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper bookkeeping in accordance with Generally
  
• Accepted Accounting Principles
  
• Bill clients promptly and manage account receivables to ensure timely collection
  
• Manage accounts payable and reconciliations
  
• Handle overseas suppliers (English speaking)
  
• Monitor ongoing cash and liquidity needs for operations
  
• Review and report any discrepancies found in records
  
• Cambodian Tax declaration
  
• Work with HR department to process Payroll and NSSF
  
• Establish, review and update finance policies and procedures
