JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communication Management: Negotiate contracts, manage communication, and build partnerships.
- Branding & Marketing: Lead campaigns, develop strategies, and oversee promotions and materials.
- Market Research: Conduct research and competitor analysis.
- Events & Communication: Plan events and enhance brand image.
- Digital Marketing: Manage digital channels, SEO, content, and campaigns.
- People Management: Lead and supervise the marketing team.
- Financial Responsibilities: Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or related filed.
- Minimum 3 or 5 year of working experience in communication, branding, marketing role with at least 1 or 2 years in supervisory role.
- Knowledgeable of marketing techniques and concepts
- Good communication and negotiation
- Flexible and Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to design and use analytic program such as marketing sight, data cracker, etc.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Ms. Office and Marketing software / tools
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
