Job Summary:

The Sales Executive role focuses on sales planning, customer engagement, and business development. Key tasks include meeting sales targets, promoting products, building client relationships, conducting sales campaigns, and analyzing market competition. The role requires at least 1 year of experience (hospitality or real estate preferred).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales activities planning to achieve company sales objectives
  • Commit achievement target with sales target planning
  • Comply policy and achieve the sale performance
  • Promote and implement LDST products, service, and benefits to potential target clients
  • Maintain and build strong relationship prospective customer
  • Drive sale activities to push branch awareness through direct customer contact, participate in sale and promotion campaign with team
  • Collect and update competitors activities and propose action plan to manager
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report on customer issues and challenges to hiring manager
  • Promote of corporation image or brand name of company services
  • Presentation corporate product to the business partners
  • Maintain and hunting new partners and relationship with business partners

Main Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor Degree in the field Sales/Marketing or related field
  • At least 1 year of Sales work experienced in Hospitality or Real Estate
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills
  • Result driven with constant desire to earn high income
  • Able to communicate technical issues and effective presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and flexible to work with minimum supervision.
  • Proficient English language for speaking and writing
  • Be flexible, dynamic, industrial, courteous and trustworthy
  • Official use MS. Office, Email, Social Network and Sale System
  • Reporting skill
