Job Summary:

Our client is a leading trading company specializing in baby products. We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Support Supervisor (Modern Trade Channel) to drive growth and support our retail partnerships, executing effective marketing strategies and promotions in the modern trade sector.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, forecasts, and set sales targets.
• Plan and manage new product projects for the company.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales teams to create effective product launch strategies for Key Accounts.
• Organize meetings or presentations for the Sales and Marketing teams to introduce new products.
• Prepare product samples or trials for the Sales and Marketing teams and customers to test.
• Provide product usage instructions and assist with any questions or concerns.
• Plan and execute promotional activities with the marketing team, designing customer-specific campaigns.
• Address customer concerns, negotiate issues, and propose solutions in collaboration with the Sales team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in Thai and English (Preference for Thai language skills).
• Ability to drive and travel as needed.
• Experience in launching new products.
