Job Summary:
Our client in professional services is hiring a Channel Account Manager to develop local customers, expand distribution channels, manage partner relationships, drive sales growth, and support channel strategy execution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop Local Market: Build and grow a strong base of local customers and distribution channels.
- Expand Channel Partnerships: Identify, engage, and onboard potential channel partners, distributors, and resellers to expand market presence and drive sales growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to increase loyalty and market share.
- Channel Strategy Execution: Design and implement channel strategies to optimize market coverage and partner effectiveness.
- Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets in alignment with company goals.
- Partner Enablement: Provide support to channel partners through product training, sales enablement tools, and marketing materials.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market analysis to monitor trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities to improve strategies.
- Contract Negotiation: Manage partner agreements and contract negotiations to ensure favorable and transparent business terms.
Main Responsibilities:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the CCTV, IT, or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of local CCTV brands and IT customer base.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English or Chinese is required.
