Job responsibilities: 

  • To achieve overall business and sustainable growth
  • Oversee and manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
  • Develop strategic customer relationships for effective business planning and business growth.
  • Review business and marketing plans in coordination with clients to achieve overall business objectives and profitability by reviewing sales trends and enhance marketing activities.
  • Key Opinion Leader management, build KOL pool and strengthen relationship to gain product endorsement, insight and find out new initiative activities to increase product awareness in order to increase number of product sale in the market and fast growing than market growing.
  • Collaborate with the brand management team to develop marketing strategies and activities based on clients' business strategy and objectives to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Oversee new product launches, including product launch plans, rollout timings, sample preparations (where applicable), product list in, display standards, etc.
  • Create relationship and partnership with all health-related Association in Cambodia for long term investment.
  • Lead market research and analysis to measure customer attitudes to the current product range, and new product introductions
  • Work closely with brand team to oversee team execute marketing activities plan with timely and efficiency
  • Work with internal DKSH departments and Business Units to ensure alignment of clients' business plans and effective implementation of business plans.
  • Work closed with ethical marketing to develop and build strong relationship with KOL and key decision makers by engaging and planning
  • Oversee and review all promotional materials (HCPs and Consumers), training kits and key messages claim according to the market need and comply with regulatory.
  • To identify strength and weakness of team and work closely with training manager on development plan (Strengthen coaching effectiveness and successor planning)
  • Develop Standard Operation Procedure within own department to ensure healthy environment working and align with global guideline (Code of conducts & Compliances).

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
  • Demonstrate strong client management and communication skills with ability of solving problems.
  • Leadership skill, Management, Monitoring & Coaching Skills
  • Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods (deep dive analysis)
  • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel,
    Word and PowerPoint) and reporting.
