About the job Manager, Client Management
Business metrics:
- Drive Portfolio/categorys growth/net sales/NoC
- Plan short-term to mid-term marketing plan to deliver business objectives
- Effectively and efficiently manage marketing budget
General responsibilities:
- Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with clients needs to achieve overall business objectives and profitability of both sides
- Lead business meeting with clients in ensuring key strategic business agenda discussed and actioned.
- Drive the clients portfolio optimization, SKUs rationalization, and category development approach to drive growth and efficiency
- Effectively manage clients A&P to ensure business result delivered as per plan
- Effectively work with cross-function Finance, Supply Chain, & Sales to ensure all the business KPIs met
- Collect and analyze the market intelligence to ensure the clients business stay competitive changing the gear where applicable.
- Explore any opportunities of new business for existing clients by working with Business Development team; manage the contract renewal process
- Take necessary actions to resolve clients' operational issues/service complaints where it applicable

Leadership responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee teams delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set
- Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Client Management and DKSH behaviors to achieve team/function goals
- Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Client Management and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning
Job Requirements:
Functional skills and knowledge:
- Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, client management and communication skills
- Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods
- Proven project management skills
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or an equivalent degree
Work experience:
- Minimum five years experience in a similar role
- Minimum three years experience in a managerial capacity
