Teller - Chinese Speaking

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service at the bank's front desk.
• Handle transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
• Assist Chinese-speaking customers with their banking needs.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with banking policies.
• Promote bank products and services.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (speaking and writing).
• Previous experience in banking or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle cash accurately.
