  • Budget & Expense Preparation and Management: according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources.
  • Brand development: Prepare the marketing plan of each product, which includes the market analysis, disease area, SWOT analysis, promotional strategies and action plan.
  • Prepare marketing mix and implementation plan: Provide and ensure support to field force for the implementation of developed and agreed marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and evaluate: post-development outcomes to measure effectiveness and provides continuous support to field force for implementation of these action plans.
  • Products Aspect: stock tracking, stock inventory, customer feedback, requirements, and issues
  • Business and Products performance review (Intergraded Brand Strategies): Analyze and High light critical sales and marketing competencies required and recommend solutions. Evaluate effectiveness of the sales and marketing framework, plans, training, process, tools and systems, etc. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Market observation
  • Public relations: Respond to customer queries related to the assigned products
  • Knowledge management: Study tool development, training and knowledge assessment. Select/hire trainers (internal/external) to execute training programs. Up-skill trainers to ensure the execution of quality training programs.
  • Field visit: Apply JV coaching objective, market observation, customer feedback.
  • Manage Sample allocation & distribution
  • Marketing report: Monthly report, SRM, Rx engagement tracking,
  • Task management: Collaborate with sales teams to understand their development needs and customize development solutions that will increase their competency levels
  • Digital marketing
  • Market research and analyze: To identify and suggest new molecules for Cambodia market through continuous market, customer and competitors survey and diseases area.
  • Prepare Set of information (SOI)
  • Marketing strategic plan and carry out product launches
  • Find ways and means to introduce new and innovative ideas for assigned products with key differentiators.
