Job Summary:

Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR policies, recruitment, compensation, and performance management, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with local labor laws. The role involves leading a team, managing HR budgets, and implementing strategies to reduce turnover and retain top talent.

Main Requirements:

  • Work closely with regional HR office to lead, manage, direct HR policies, programs, and systems that support the organizations vision, mission, values, and goals.
  • Develop and implement recruitment policy, actively get involved in recruitment activity by timely reviewing its effectiveness to ensure meeting companys manpower needs/plan.
  • Design compensation and retention strategy to reduce overall employee turnover and keep high performers on board. Benchmark and periodically review with the management team.
  • Strictly execute company regulations in accordance with business requirements and labor codes.
  • Manage HR budget, resources, and vendors to ensure compliance with companys ethical standards.
  • Manage the performance management cycle effectively, to ensure that performance reviews are conducted according to company policy.

Main Requirement:

  • Only open for expatriates.

  • Minimum bachelors degree in human resource study.

  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience with 3 years in managerial role with ability to lead a team of more than 20 headcount.

  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in garment industry.

  • Familiar and well-understand Cambodia employment law and regulations governing human resource.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience with compliance audit.

  • Excellent English communication, both written and spoken. Candidate with ability to speak or write Mandarin (Chinese) is an added advantage.

  • To be stationed in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
