Marketing and Sales Support Supervisor

Job Summary:

This role involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to plan sales strategies, manage new product launches, and coordinate promotional activities. Key responsibilities include organizing product presentations, preparing product trials, providing usage guidance, and addressing customer concerns. The position requires at least 4-5 years of experience, fluency in English (Thai is a plus), the ability to drive, and experience in launching new products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to plan sales strategies and prepare forecasts and set sales targets together.
• Plan and manage the Company's new product projects.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales teams to plan a product launch strategy that is suitable for the Key Account.
• Organize a meeting or presentation of new product details to the Sales and Marketing team when a new product is launched.
• Prepare products for trial (Sample or Trial) for the Sales and Marketing team for customers to try.
• Provide instructions on the use of the product and provide assistance if there are any questions or concerns.
• Plan promotional activities with the marketing team to design appropriate campaigns and plan marketing activities such as customer-specific promotions.
• Negotiate or manage problems with customers and propose solutions to meeting customer needs with the Sales team.

Main Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of working experience.
• Can Speak English Fluently (Thai language is a plus).
• Can drive Car and can travel.
• Have experience in launching new product.
