- Oversee new membership registrations and renewals.
- Maintain accurate membership records and databases.
- Develop and implement membership recruitment and retention strategies.
- Communicate regularly with members via Telegram and social media.
- Organize events, workshops, and meetings for member engagement.
- Address member inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Prepare reports on membership statistics and trends.
- Analyze feedback to improve membership services and programs.
- Collaborate with other departments and external partners on membership initiatives.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the President and Secretary General.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in membership coordination or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and membership database software.
- Good level of English Proficiency.
