  • Oversee new membership registrations and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate membership records and databases.
  • Develop and implement membership recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with members via Telegram and social media.
  • Organize events, workshops, and meetings for member engagement.
  • Address member inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Prepare reports on membership statistics and trends.
  • Analyze feedback to improve membership services and programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments and external partners on membership initiatives.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the President and Secretary General.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in membership coordination or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and membership database software.
  • Good level of English Proficiency.
