and customization. LBI has 15 years of experience in training for retail, hospitality and other
service industries with teams located in France, Korea and now in Cambodia.
PURPOSE
We are looking for a responsible Junior Project Coordinator to administer and organize and
support LBG management for consulting projects.
The Junior Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with LBG management,
LBG teams and LBG clients to support day to day operations for LBG consulting missions. You
will perform various coordinating tasks, like market research for Cambodia, press and media
monitoring, coordination of market visits along with administrative duties, like maintaining project
documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent
time management and communication skills, as youll collaborate with clients and internal teams
to deliver results on deadlines.
Ultimately, the Project Coordinators duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time,
within budget and meet high quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support all communication in Mandarin for our Chinese clients.
Support management on preparation of presentations and research for local market.
Monitor media & other channels for all news regarding Cambodia economic development
with a special focus on luxury, retail & hospitality.
Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, expenditures for the local market.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, contacts, plans and reports
Required skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English/Chinese required (written & spoken) / French speaking will be a plus
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plan
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong knowledge of PowerPoint /Canvass and Excell
