Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly sales and purchasing journals
• Complete and submit tax forms to the tax department
• Enter data into the Tax System and ensure timely reporting
• Investigate and resolve tax filing errors
• Advise customers on tax impacts, compliance, and regulations
• Manage company stock & inventory (if applicable)
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1+ years of experience as a Tax Accountant, Analyst, or Preparer
• Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, and tax procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks
• Strong numeracy and communication skills (English & Chinese preferred)
• Fast learner and trustworthy
