Job Summary:

Our client is a construction and architecture company specializing in modern and classic designs, high-rise buildings, and interior/exterior concepts. We are looking for an Architect Manager to oversee projects, requiring 10+ years of experience, expertise in high-rise buildings, strong concept drawing skills, and a Bachelors degree in Architecture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Draw accurate 2D and 3D layouts and ensure they are completed on time.
  • Prepare and submit a monthly report to the DGM Assistant and copy it to the DAM by the first week of each month.
  • Develop and conduct site inspections at least once a week, or every three weeks for provincial sites.
  • Prepare and manage a schedule for architectural quality control activities.
  • Prepare and submit the quality control report and corrective action plan (CAP) to the joint site manager the day after each inspection.
  • Work with the joint site manager to monitor and implement quality improvements.
  • Create detailed construction plans for architectural work.
  • Select appropriate materials and submit them to the DAM for review and approval.
  • Prepare and submit a list of required materials for purchasing at least one month in advance.
  • Calculate material quantities based on architectural and interior plans and submit them to the DAM on time.
  • Assist with any urgent tasks requested by the CEO outside of the assigned project responsibilities.

Main Requirements:

  • A Bachelors degree in Architecture is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in architecture is required.
  • Experience in both modern and classic architectural designs is necessary.
  • Experience working on high-rise buildings is essential.
  • Expertise in developing both interior and exterior concepts is needed.
  • Strong concept drawing skills are required.
  • Innovative ideas in architectural and interior design are essential.
  • The ability to manage project studies and implementation is necessary.
  • A strong work ethic, willingness to take responsibility, and the ability to take ownership of tasks are required.
