Our client is a Cambodia-based MEP contractor with 16 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Medical Gas systems. They have worked on various projects, including commercial, residential, and high-rise buildings, while focusing on innovation, sustainability, and employee development.

Job Responsibility 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new clients, building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing concerns and needs.
  • Oversee sales proposals, tenders, and bid submissions, ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Manage sales budget, analyze financial performance, and optimize cost-efficiency.
  • Review sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Train and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Provide regular reports to the executive team on sales and market developments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in a senior sales role with proven success in managing and growing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Deep knowledge of sales strategies, market dynamics, and processes.
  • Proficient in sales planning, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
